My problem is with the booking process. I booked 3 months in advance and was shortly told the driver was confirmed. All was great. Then on the day before pickup I received an email stating that if I didn't call within 2 hours my booking would be cancelled. We were on holiday so I did not receive the email in time and my booking was cancelled. I immediately called and asked why and I was told that I used the wrong postal code and the amount I already paid was not enough. I did not use the wrong postal code because I used your software on the companies website and it filled in the details after I gave it the name of the hotel we were staying at. I never typed in a postal code so could not have put in the wrong one. I was told the only way to reactivate my booking was to pay the driver in cash (80 pounds) at the time of service. I felt like this was extortion. Pay or lose all your money and don't get a ride. So wrong. Out of desperation I agreed to pay the extra 80 pounds and the pickup was rescheduled.
I feel taken advantage of and robbed. I think the company should pay me back the 80 pounds I had to pay due to an error in there system. I did nothing wrong and was penalized for someone else's error.
Based on this experience I will not be booking with this company again."
